Our Commission and Return Policy

Hello Customers,

This page contains our business policy. 

Please read these rules carefully before placing your order.

Return Policy.

Unfortunately, we have a no-return policy. 

All purchases are final.

However, we do allow a one damage exchange. 

Since our company is small and not a corporate business, we cannot provide returns.

While on this subject, please proof photo evidence of item damage when requesting an exchange. This will help us give you the best costumer service.

These policies are in place to protect our business and to limit scammers from trying to gain free products from our business.

Large orders.

Orders of five or more items that are not already on our store's website cannot be ordered on short notice.  

Each item is handmade by one person.

Hence, we ask our clients to provide us with more than five months' notice before ordering more than five of the same product.

We will kindly email you to inform you of this warning when an order cannot be packed.

Commissions

Commissions are based on the number of available spots. We will have 20 spots divided over two non-consecutive months. Stay tuned for our announcements.

Our team will announce on Instagram or Facebook when commissions are open.

Spots are in the order in which we receive them.

If you do not communicate with us, we will return half of your deposit, and your spot will be forfeited.

Fabric.

Currently, we can only use cotton for materials.

For yarn, acrylic is the best choice, but we can offer other textures as well.

Prices.

$200 or more for each blanket, quilt with pillowcase, and other big items.

-The reason for this amount is due to materials, yardage, and texture.

$60 or more for each Jacobs, Flores, and other medium items.

$20 or more for each Rick, Javier, and other smaller items.

These prices may fluctuate due to inflation, and the price is non-negotiable.

Time.

We kindly ask that you avoid requesting commissions with deadlines shorter than one month. This ensures that we can give your project the attention it deserves. Thank you for your understanding!

Since this business is run by one person, some products may not be completed by the end of the week, and certain commissions can be unpredictable. 

We will notify you via email once your commission is finished or if we can’t complete it. 

Please do not repeatedly message us about your order.

Payment.

Payment must be made upfront before a commission can begin. You will have a two-week grace period to complete the payment, as we understand that some clients receive a bi-weekly salary.

You cannot request the return deposit after the product has been delivered.

Warning!!!

If you request a refund for a deposit because you did not receive the product, but our records show that the package was delivered, you will not be eligible for future commissions after a third warning.

After receiving a final warning, we will send you an email informing you that we will not accept any future orders from you.

Known Brands.

As mentioned on our About page, we do not offer sports, entertainment, or merchandise featuring famous characters as a purchase option. 

We will have a donation page in the future, which will offer our customers an opportunity to find something they love while donating money to help 1p36 Deletion Syndrome.

Please expect prices to change after the materials arrive at our store unless you are willing to ship the materials for us to use.
